In a stunning departure from his usual 'middle of nowhere mountain marathon endurance' style of run Cabbage will be setting this week's run from deepest darkest Kowloon - or Tsim Sha Tsui at least...

With little scope for shiggy I guess that it is safe to leave the crampons at home, though one cannot be too careful.

To get to the run take the MTR to Tsim Sha Tsui and emerge from Exit A1. Walk down Haiphong Road, go up the steps indicated and look for a bunch of people wearing pink and black.

If you are coming by Star Ferry walk up Canton Road, into Haiphong Road, up the steps and you are there.

The short 45 minute run will be followed by beers and then a curry in Chung King Mansions - so be sure to book an appointment with your doctor first thing Friday morning to deal with the resulting squits...
