Family Day Run, 14:30 Start

The usual New Year's run - but this year with Spiderman involved you can expect more tunnels, gullies and 'bring your gloves' rock faces than found on the usual "clockwise or counter-clockwise" routes. Also passed out naked White Trash, if the hares are to be believed:

Expect a fairly relaxed atmosphere, a Bucks Fizz kick start to rid you of your hangover, a medium length run, mulled wine, THE BEST BLOODY MARYS ON EARTH, cold beer and a circle that lasts well into the sunset....

Run location is the traditional 'lump' just near the toilet blocks on Repulse Bay Beach. Get there by taking a 6, 6A, 6X or 260 bus, all of which all start from Exchange Square and then run up through Queen's Road/Queen's Road East. Disembark outside of the Repulse Bay Hotel, cross to the other (South) side of the road, walk down the steps, head across the car park and around the toilet block (the 'Repulse Bay Beach Building') and by then you should have found chalk or the pack....
