The Pre-Run:

STFU arrived on scene with his old man in tow to find the hare finalising his markings to the start, and what a start location, dark, surrounded by idling engines with nowhere to change and next to the largest collection of street bins in Hong Kong (the Hare is a secret collector of them). Ok so most of the drivers would bugger off soon and the street lights would come on but still a very dodgy start location. Fortunately it was easy to get to and we were blessed with a large pack including returnees, McShite and Flatulent Ferrett and visitor Colin and Boilers. Smallbone was heard to say I hope the run is better than the start location.

The Run:

After brief instructions we were off with most of the pack heading up a lane just at the top of the British Consulate before STFU and Dick the Shit found trail heading down past said Consulate and on into Hong Kong Park. Cabbage and Ice Dancer soon took over and along with Caligula and STFU picked their way through Hong Kong Park, along Kennedy Road and on into the HK Botanical gardens. Unfortunately the FRB'S got three points for a refusal at the high gate exit to the gardens but soon joined the rest of the pack heading up to Magazine Gap Road, then along Bowen Road and down Bowen Drive to Kennedy Road. Ice was up front with SOS at this point as we headed east to SOS's favourite checkback(screams of "this isn't supposed to happen to me" were heard), Cabbage, Smallbone and STFU followed Flatulent Ferret down into Wanchai, where said Ferret went astray, allowing Cabbage to run past Kiwi's love nest, along Star Street down to Queens Road East and up Justice Drive to the finish in under one hour. To his disgust he was not 1st pack due to serious short cutting by CocCo and several others. A fine run with good checks/checkbacks, plenty of markings intelligently placed on a wet night wet but next time please check closing times for public parks.

The Circle:

The circle was called at 2050hrs and Kiwi suggested Ice Dancer, Dick the Shit, Colin and Rich before nominating returnee Flatulent Ferret to be tonights amah. (Rumour has it that Ice paid Kiwi to do this so FF would be too pissed/hungover to beat Ice the following morning on the golf course).

HM	Emmaroyds is in for making the older hashers nostalgic, this site was last used a few days before the handover in 97
HM	Emmaroyds stays in for being a cunning trail setter that allowed him to go home and shower between original setting and final touches
HM	Emmaroyds is finally in as the Hare and many comments follow, most unprintable, as always the vote will tell

HM	Stand in RA Pugak verbally abused for allowing the rain to fall on a Thursday afternoon/evening
HM	joining Squeak, were Rich, Colin and Boilers with no hash gear(stash this is a sales opportunity)
HM	SOS is in next for being too lazy to hurry up and make the start time and then asks for short cut to catch up
HM	Ice Dancer for being jealous of a local banyan Tree's protected status... decides to piss on it.
HM	CoCo and Kiwi Sausage are abused for short cutting
KS now takes over
Amah greased
KS	Rich is in for referring to Smallbone as Smalldick, does he know something?, and if so how??
KS	SOS calls up KS and says there is a pint waiting here for you at the White Stag, KS turns up and SOS makes him pay for it... cheap bastard
KS	Ice Dancer and STFU are in to celebrate Scotlands victory over the Italians (usual chorus of all you Scotsmen piss me off is heard)
Amah greased and now starting to fill up
KS	Emmaroyds is queried about his rubbish bin collection/fetish
KS	Smallbone and Rich are in to be ridiculed over their loss to Cuba in the Baseball World Classic Tournament. Eventually Japan won
	Woah!! Nearly a half page without some ass That's much better mmmmmmhhhhh yummy
HM takes over
Amah greased, drops pot and gets another beer as punishment, now getting seriously tipsy
HM	Dick the Shit is in for taking an unscheduled taxi trip.. during the run
HM	Non runners Pugak and Squeak are up next
HM	Nostalgic Ice Dancer is reminded of his chuck up on this site over nine years ago
HM	Visitors Boilers and Colin are welcomed.
HM	Flatulent Ferret, Cabbage and Coco are reminded that when you are Hash Stash YOU ARE Supposed to sell stuff
FF now takes over and immediately rules that Smallbone be temporary amah

Chaos now descends as a pickled FF dishes some dirt

FF	CoCo is for barracking and trying to disrupt FF's flow
FF	Tinks our hash cash is in for dropping a hundred dollar bill,, and not noticing

HM degreases himself and takes back charge
Amah greased, at this point the Amah asked Smallbone to write Ritz Carlton on his head to ensure he would make it back to his hotel
HM	Returnees Dick the Shit, Flatulent Ferret and Mcshite are formally recognised
HM	Ice Dancer, still not calling and shortcutting, still cannot back first.
HM	SOS in for over complaining upon hitting the long checkback
HM	SOS stays in for trying to be a competitive FRB
HM	Colin despite being a respectful local HK lad also pisses on the Banyan tree, disgraceful
KS back in charge
KS	SOS and Boilers both obviously tight gits, seen scrambling after Tink's 100 dollar note
KS	CoCo, Dick the Shit and McShite clearly go to the same barbers shop
Amah greased
Quick change to HM
HM	Boilers for proving he is actually cheap... used hotel laundry bag on recent tour run
HM	Tinks is rebuked for not yet getting Dick The Shit on autopay
Pugak is now given the circle

PG	CoCoand SOS are in, apparently SOS accused CoCooff being too slow!!!
PG	Richis congratulated fro actually coming back after his 1st run a couple of weeks ago on ET's run
PG	Ice Dancer ordered his 7 tickets really early just to save money, where is it Ice comes from again?
HM back an asks for awards
	SOS steps forward and hands Dick of the week award to Smallbone, can't read my notes why but seems to have something to do with kissing.
Amah finally degreased after lengthy if fun circle at 2135.
