When
The 2nd All China Nash Hash 2003, will be hosted by Shanghai Hash House Harriers. It is our major celebration run in 2003. It will be held from Friday 16 May to Sunday 18 May.

So, what will happen
Friday
The fun kicks off around 19.00 on Friday. Registration for the whole weekend event will take place at our hash bar, which is:-

We will give out our goodies on that day. You will also be given a wrist band. Food will be free. Beer will cost RMB 20 a pint or a measly USD$2.10 in real money.

Saturday
The buses will leave from outside The Portman Ritz Carlton Hotel which it at 1,361 Nanjing Xi Lu. The Portman is a ten minute walk from The Hotel Equatorial, the designated hash hotel. The buses will leave on time (everything is on time in China).

You will have a choice of three runs:-

• The bus for the long run will leave at 10am
• The bus for the medium run will leave at 11am
• The bus for the short run/walk will leave at 11am

The buses will head back to Shanghai and arrive by 18.30. We will then board the hash ship for a booze cruise on the Huangpu River. Our fabulous hash band will play on the boat. The cruise will end at 22.00, which will give you plenty of time to clean up and explore sin city.

From the moment you get on the bus, until you finally get off the boat, all food and drink is on us.

Sunday
The Sunday hangover run will start at 11.30 from outside The Hotel Equatorial. There will be two A to B runs, and a walk, ending up at a bar in town.

The run will be a jaunt through the famous streets of Shanghai. There will be a circle, beer and food. Should all be over by 15.00.

Where do we stay
The official hash hotel is the Hotel Equatorial. The room rate is USD$65 for a single, and USD$70 for a double, including breakfast. Check out the link on our web site. Make your bookings with the Equatorial Hotel Direct Booking Form (we will not make bookings). Extra days before or after the event will be available at the same discounted rate providing it is a continuous stay.

Update: The Hotel Equatorial is now sold out for Nash Hash

Will you arrange airport pick ups
No!! A taxi from Hong Quio airport to the hotel will cost RBM 30 (USD$3.50). A taxi from Pudong airport to the hotel will cost RMB 150 (USD$18). Some hotels also have shuttle buses to and from the airports.
