To All Hashers,
In April 2006 the Wanchai Hash House Harriers (WH3) reached their 18th birthday (the first hash being on 18th April 1988) and at the end of July 2006 WH3 will reach their 1000th run. To mark this milestone we will be holding a 1000th run weekend on 29th & 30th July 2006 and would like to invite all other hashers to come and celebrate with us.
The general format for the weekend will be as follows (though can be subject to change):
· Friday 28th July – registration and welcome
· Saturday 29th July – 999 run & circle, with an on-site Bash, returning to Wanchai to party the night away
· Sunday 30th July – 1000 run & circle, with a Bash back in Wanchai
As with all WH3 hashes we want to keep the costs down as much as possible so are offering an optional registration system where you can choose:
· either a 2-day or Sunday only registration (to include run, drinks, transportation & 1000th weekend stash)
· as well as an option for either a 2-day or Sunday only Bash, so that you only have to eat if you want to
In order that we can try and get an idea of the likely attendance we have opened a registration system and as incentive to get people to register early we are offering an ‘early bird discount’ throughout the month of June so sign up now!!!

[A Horror is classified as between the ages of 11 & 16 on the registration day of Friday 28th July. Any Horror aged below 11 as of the registration day can run for free but there will be no stash provided.]
For information, we are also trying to get one of the founders of WH3 back to Hong Kong to help us mark this special occasion and look forward to also seeing as many ‘old faces’ as we can persuade to come out of retirement or back to Hong Kong for what we trust will be a great hashing weekend.
