Very much a work in progress, but we start the 2011/12 hash year with a new web site. Right now there’s not much here, so you can still access the “legacy” site content via the “Old Site” option in the menu. Bit by bit the old stuff that’s worth keeping will be migrated over… and then this site will be at the rs2h3.com address.
So – we’re moving into the Web 2.0 era . We’re on Facebook right now for those who are on Facebook and not in the PRC (see links on the right) and over time this site will become more and more a collaborative effort.
To start off, you need to Register (see the link on the right). Registered site users – who will need to be Southsiders! – will have access to vote, comment, and (later) contribute their own ramblings to the site. To start with, we’ll give the Hashmaster and selected others the ability to post new stuff; when we get bored of that, we’ll find someone else to add something worth reading - all in aid of allowing the webmaster to get away with doing as little as possible to allow the Southside gentlemen to enrich and enjoy the site for themselves.
And as it’s all brand new, there’s bound to be a few teething problems – I’m sure you’ll let me know, and please do, so I can fix it!
